Book a deep clean if the property has not been cleaned in a while, before an event, or at the start of recurring service so future visits are faster and cheaper.

End of lease cleaning is designed to meet real estate inspection standards. We work from a detailed checklist that covers every room, walls spot clean where possible, ovens, rangehoods, bathrooms, cupboards inside and out, window sills, and floors. Carpet steam cleaning is available if required by your agent. Our goal is to help you hand back the keys with confidence and secure your bond. If something on our checklist is missed, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to fix it at no cost.

Yes. Our team arrives with professional tools and quality cleaning products, including microfiber cloths, hospital-grade sanitiser, and commercial vacuums. If you prefer eco-friendly products, let us know and we will accommodate that. You do not need to supply anything unless your building has special requirements.

Prices are based on property size, number of bathrooms, current condition, selected extras, access, and parking. Share a few details in the quote form and we will give you a clear, upfront price before you commit. No hidden fees. For large or complex properties we may recommend a quick video walk-through to make sure the quote is accurate.

Time depends on size and condition. As a guide, a regular clean for a two-bedroom apartment usually takes about 2 to 3 hours for a two-person team. A deep clean or end of lease service takes longer due to extra detail. We will provide an estimated duration with your quote and we work efficiently to minimise disruption.

It is your choice. Many clients provide entry codes or leave a key in a secure location. We can lock up when finished and send photos if requested. If you have pets, please let us know so we can plan the visit safely and keep them comfortable.

Yes. Every cleaner is background checked, trained, and covered by public liability insurance. This protects you, your property, and our team. We also use checklists to ensure consistent results and accountability on every visit.
